Tom Bishop attended Malden High School in Massachusetts, and began to develop his musical talent, learning piano, trumpet, voice, and drums. While attending the University of Massachusetts at Lowell, he spent most of his time performing in theater or with his band, Greater Mental Impact. He also rounded out his experience by singing in a church choir and writing his own musical play. Upon graduation, Tom moved to Connecticut to become an acoustics and audio systems consultant.
Today, after acquiring an MBA at Boston University, Tom works in Marketing for York Telecom, a leading visual communications systems and service provider. He sings and plays piano, and has recently discovered the mandolin. He been playing the drum kit in various bands for more than fifteen years.
Tom also enjoys whitewater kayaking, skiing, sailing, running, mountain biking, tennis, stunt kiting, and in-line skating. He also enjoys writing fiction, and you can read his work at www.myleftone.com.
